The local governing authority for Cochrane, managing residential and commercial development permits within its municipal boundaries.
Permit applications must include a completed application form, two copies of architectural plans, and a letter of consent from adjacent property owners where applicable. Applications are reviewed by the Development Services Team and decisions issued within 10 business days.
Famous for its waterfall that requires a permit to view, and a separate permit to take a photo of it.
