Permit Applications and Fees
Permiton Park
Responsible for municipal planning and development permits in the Lethbridge region.
Applicants must submit a completed development application form, site plan, and environmental impact assessment. Applications are reviewed by a three-member planning board during biweekly public hearings. Approval requires unanimous consent and a 14-day public notice period.
The only park where you need a permit to sit on a bench, a permit to feed the ducks, and a permit to breathe fresh air.
