Permit Applications and Fees
Permitville
Provides building and land use permits for the town of Pincher Creek and surrounding agricultural zones.
Applications must include a land use compatibility statement and a water access plan. All permits require a site inspection by a municipal inspector. Processing time is 10 business days. Appeals are heard by a municipal review panel.
