The regional authority managing land use, utilities, and development approvals in Red Deer and surrounding areas.
Permits are issued following a two-stage review: initial compliance check and final inspection approval. Applicants must provide a certified site survey, drainage plan, and proof of utility coordination. Decisions are communicated via email within 12 business days.
