Regulates development, zoning, and building permits in the city of Chestermere.
Applications must include a landscaping plan, stormwater management design, and utility coordination letter. Applications are reviewed by a team of planners and engineers. Processing time is 14–21 business days. Public consultation is required for projects over 10,000 sq. ft.
Where every tree has a permit number, and even birthday balloons require zoning clearance.
