Permit Applications and Fees
Permiton
Manages building and development permits in Rocky Mountain House and surrounding rural areas.
All applications must include a site survey and environmental sensitivity assessment. Applications are reviewed by a municipal planner and fire marshal. Permits are issued within 14 business days. Site inspections are mandatory before occupancy.
