Permiton Falls
Oversees building permits, land use, and zoning compliance in Medicine Hat.
All permit applications are submitted via the online portal and require a non-refundable fee. Applications are assigned a case number and reviewed by municipal engineers within 10 business days. Conditional approvals may require site inspections and revised plans.
Waterfalls here are regulated by the Department of Flow Permits. You need a permit to watch the falls.
