Permit Applications and Fees

Handles building and land use permits for the town of Strathmore.
All applications must be submitted with a completed checklist, site plan, and proof of zoning compliance. Applications are reviewed by a single municipal planner. Permits are issued within 10 business days. Site inspections are mandatory before occupancy.
A mountainous municipality where hiking trails are permit-only and even birdwatching requires a wildlife observation license.
