Permit Applications and Fees
Permiton Ridge
Provides building and land use permits for Didsbury and surrounding rural areas.
Permit applications are reviewed by a single municipal planner. A site visit is required for all new construction. Fees are based on project valuation and are payable prior to issuance. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days.
Hiking trails require trail-use permits, and even the clouds must file flight path permits with the city.
