Regulates construction, zoning, and land development in High River.
Applications must include a completed application form, site plan, and proof of property ownership. All permits require a pre-construction inspection. Processing time is 10 business days. Appeals are heard by a municipal review panel.
The mineral springs are under strict permit control. You need a permit to fill your water bottle, and another to drink from it.
