The Lethbridge Authority oversees local infrastructure, zoning, and public utilities to ensure sustainable urban development in Southern Alberta.
Permit applications are reviewed by a multi-departmental panel within 10 business days. Applicants must submit site plans, environmental impact assessments, and proof of liability insurance. Approved permits are issued with conditions aligned with the Southern Alberta Development Code.
