Permit Applications and Fees
Permiton Bay
Provides building and land use permits for Didsbury and surrounding rural areas.
Permit applications are reviewed by a single municipal planner. A site visit is required for all new construction. Fees are based on project valuation and are payable prior to issuance. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days.
Boating, fishing, and even sunbathing require permits. The beach has a Permit Registration Kiosk at every towel spot.
