The Lethbridge Authority oversees local land use, development permits, and municipal infrastructure compliance in Southern Alberta.
Permit applications are reviewed by the Planning and Development Department within 10 business days. Applicants must submit site plans, environmental assessments, and proof of zoning compliance. A public notice period of 14 days is required before approval, followed by a final inspection prior to issuance.
